Below is a selection of project-based coaching and consulting interventions offered by the Guest House Coach team.
The first section includes coaching projects that are part of the six-stage coaching program; these projects follow a fairly standard approach while offering ample flexibility to adapt to the unique aspects of each business and its owners.

My Approach to Coaching and Consulting
The Triangles of Power (TOP) Business Development System serves as the basic template for all my coaching and consulting services.
Although I have over 40 years of experience in hospitality and small business development, I do not 'know it all'. In fact, I have only mastered a very narrow niche because I believe that all champions are niche players. The TOP system prompts the Project Leader to identify the resources the client needs in order to achieve the objectives; these resources, who are competent people in their respective fields, serve as advisers to the Project Leader and, when required, service providers to the client.
This diagram is my original Triangle of Power for coaching start-ups. Although there are many permutations of the TOP system, the Client is always in the Expertise circle and the Project Leader in the Knowledge circle. The third circle can be any additional resources required for the project, Knowledge, Expertise or Money.
